3. Fees & Payments
All services are provided on a prepaid/contractual basis unless otherwise agreed.
Payments must be made on time. Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
Any content, strategies, or creative assets developed by us remain the property of Logical Media until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees of specific results (e.g., search engine rankings, sales, conversions).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
The client assumes full responsibility for their business decisions and outcomes.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party tools, platforms, or software (Google, Meta, etc.). We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by such third parties.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of [X days/weeks].
Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared.
No refunds will be issued for services already delivered or in progress.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jaipur, rajasthan.
